Aleen was born in Searcy, Arkansas. She served in the United States Air Force from August 2013 to August 2019. Aleen has been the featured cover girl and centerfold for Playboy New Zealand, Playboy Sweden, Playboy Portugal and FHM USA in 2020 and 2021. She continues to secure magazine publications as she transitions into acting, creating her own clothing line, and fitness platform.
