Seka
Seka, born Dorothiea Ivonniea Hundley on April 15, 1954, in Radford, Virginia, is an American of Caucasian descent who grew up in a modest family with two siblings, later moving to Hopewell, Virginia. She attended Hopewell High School, where she excelled in beauty pageants, winning titles like Miss Hopewell High School and Miss Southside Virginia, showcasing her early allure. After high school, Seka worked at Reynolds Metals Company, producing aluminum foil, and later as a clerk in an adult bookstore, which sparked her interest in the industry. She briefly owned a chain of seven adult bookstores in Virginia and Maryland before selling them due to obscenity laws and relocating to Las Vegas for erotic modeling, eventually transitioning into pornographic films at age 23 in 1977 after watching subpar adult movies and believing she could act better than the women she saw in these films. Throughout her career, she used various names including Seka (inspired by a Las Vegas blackjack dealer), Linda Grasser, Dorothea Hundley Patton, Sweet Alice, and Norma Sykes. Her adult film career spanned from 1977 to 1993, with sporadic returns in the early 2000s and 2007, during which she starred in over 200 videos, though some estimates reach 370, establishing her as a dominant force in the Golden Age of Porn. Seka worked with major studios of the era, including those producing films like Do It Naturally (her debut), Carnal Highway, Confessions of Seka, High School Report Card, and American Garter, often directing and writing her own projects by the mid-1980s. She received her big break in 1978 (Dracula Sucks, a.k.a. Lust At First Bite as well as Blonde Fire), when she starred opposite John C.
