Joy first appeared as the "Employee of the Month" in the Playboy Cyber Club in July 2007, then did the Girls with Girls/Xtra and Lingerie/Xtra in 2008 in the Cyber Club. She appeared in the Cyber Club features "Women of Playboy" and "All Naturals" (two pictorials). The latter, of course, countermands the previous editor who marked her breasts as "Fake." Those features took place 2010. Joy would return to Playboy in 2012, with her breasts now fully enhanced, appearing in the features titled "Sexy Gamer" and "Smart, Sexy and Daring". Further, she appeared in the Cyber Club features "Real American Girls" (Occupation: Nurse) and "Real Girls of Jersey Shore" (two pictorials in the latter).
