Emily is a San Diego, CA-based veteran, fitness competitor, influencer, and OnlyFans content creator. She comes from an athletic family with Chinese immigrant roots. Her fitness journey started early with soccer (including 8–10 years of Division I college soccer) and 4 years of varsity lacrosse in high school. She enlisted in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, serving for about 7 years while pursuing a path toward becoming a Naval physician. During active duty, including a deployment aboard the USS Michael Monsoor (DDG-1001), she discovered bodybuilding and nutrition.
